Patient Experiences

Mr. Parmod Arora 60 years

I had complaint of pain in the lower abdomen for a few days. I visited a doctor who suggested an ultrasound and was then diagnosed with Inguinal Hernia. I am borderline diabetic and a CAD patient and had undergone Coronary artery bypass grafting 10 years ago. The doctor refused to operate upon me under GA as one of my artery being completely blocked. I visited two other doctors but owing to the complications they too refused to operate. My friend recommended Dr. Peters so I visited him and discussed my case. He discussed my case with his anesthetist and with mutual consent operated me under spinal anesthesia. I was comfortable in a few hours of my surgery and was discharged the next day in a stable condition. I joined back work 5 days after discharge in a comfortable state and would like to thank him whole heartedly.

Mrs. Renu Bhutani 49 years

I met Dr. Peters with complaints of heartburn, difficulty in swallowing, chest pain and reflux for a long time. I was already on antacid medicines but it helped me only for a few hours and because of the heartburn I had sleepless nights. He suggested endoscopy and I was diagnosed with hiatus hernia. I underwent Laparoscopic Fundoplication and had no stitches or bandages. I was discharged the next day in a stable condition and was on liquid diet for three days followed by soft diet. I was back to normal routine right after my discharge and am satisfied with the surgery and do not require anti-reflux medications anymore.

Mr. Deepak Narang 35 years

I was down with mild fever and had cramping throughout the stomach. Suddenly I felt sharp pain in right lower abdomen and the pain kept increasing. I had been vomiting throughout on the way to the doctor and was feeling nauseous. I visited Dr. Peters and he asked me to get admitted immediately to get an ultrasound done to see if the appendix is inflamed. I underwent Laparoscopic Appendicectomy a few hours later and was comfortable by evening. The next day I was discharged in a stable condition and back to normal life in 2 days. Thanks to Dr. Peters for his timely feedback.

Mrs. Pooja 40 years

I had rapid intensifying pain in centre of the stomach and between the shoulder blades in the back. I was suggested to meet Dr. Peters by a friend who had been operated by him earlier. Dr. Peters suggested an ultrasound and then the next day I was asked to get admitted for gallstones surgery. I got admitted in the morning for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and was discharged the same day in the evening in a stable condition. I was comfortable and back to work the next day of the surgery. Dr. Peters’ team had been very helpful and supporting throughout.
